Sunreef 70 Power Amber One: uncompromising performance and elegance
The bright and refined interiors are characterized by large glass surfaces, warm tones, and environments that ensure guests an absolutely exclusive stay, both while sailing and at anchor.

The internal layout can accommodate up to eight guests in four elegant double cabins, all finished with high-quality materials and characterized by bright and welcoming spaces. Special attention has also been given to the crew areas, designed to ensure maximum operational efficiency and impeccable service during the stay on board.

Power comes from twin 850-horsepower engines, delivering impressive performance together with outstanding efficiency, even over long distances. The reduced draft is another key advantage, allowing the catamaran to access secluded bays, shallow anchorages, and exclusive destinations often beyond the reach of yachts of this size.

Versatile and refined, the new 70 Power Amber One is the ideal choice for owners seeking a luxury catamaran capable of combining expansive living spaces, excellent performance, and sophisticated design. A yacht conceived for experiencing the sea without compromise, where every detail has been crafted to deliver an exclusive experience defined by style, innovation, and superior build quality.

38th America’s Cup, debut in Cagliari from May 21 to 24, 2026 for the preliminary regattas, officially kicked off the “Road to Naples”, an official path that will bring an extraordinary event to Italy for the first time in history. In July 2027, the 38th America’s Cup will arrive in Naples and is expected to be one of the most significant sporting events in the country, with a truly important economic impact, estimated to be close to one billion euros.

The event held in the waters off the Gulf of Angels in Cagliari attracted the attention of thousands of people who were able to witness a great sporting event. Steady winds between 10 and 14 knots, a light swell, and a blue sky allowed the crews to compete in practically perfect conditions.

With an extraordinary shape of Luna Rossa 1, the Women & Youth Team of Marco Gradoni and Margherita Porro, a spot in the finals seemed inevitable, but unfortunately facing technical issues with the onboard time-on-distance displays, the Italian team was recalled for having crossed the starting line early in the first race and, failing to serve the penalty in time, was disqualified. The fight for the absolute title passed to the senior teams of Luna Rossa and Emirates Team New Zealand, a mistake by Nathan Outteridge 52 seconds from the starting signal allowed Luna Rossa a clean start in the middle of the line. No matter how hard they tried, the kiwis could never get back into the race, while the Italians closely marked them throughout the course, demonstrating great tactical acumen and top-level technical preparation, the gap at the finish was 33 seconds.

The regatta raised the bar in anticipation of the second Louis Vuitton 38th America’s Cup Preliminary Regatta, scheduled in Naples from September 24 to 27, 2026.

The next stages of the 38th America’s Cup
2.2nd Stage: Naples: September 24 – 27, 2026.
The teams will compete again in the waters of the Gulf of Naples aboard the AC40s
3.3rd Stage: Naples: Spring 2027.
The last preliminary event in Naples, just a few weeks before the official start of the Louis Vuitton Cup (the challenger selection series).
4. The Grand Finale: 38th America’s Cup: July 2027.
The decisive races between Castel dell’Ovo and Posillipo that will award the America’s Cup 2027, the first historic edition hosted entirely in Italy.
Velysum Venezia and Nicola De Pellegrini will present their first model of a luxury houseboat with a project that combines navigation, the Art de Vivre, and well-being.
The new houseboat aims to land in luxury hospitality on water, merging slow tourism with high standards of comfort and finishes typical of high-end yachts and luxury hotels.

The concept
“With this project, we wanted to imagine a new form of hospitality on water: a place that combines freedom, nature, design, and quality of living. Not just a simple boat, but a floating suite capable of offering an authentic, slow, and deeply contemporary experience,” comments architect Nicola De Pellegrini, holistic architect and designer, founder of the Anidride Design studio.
The vessel is designed to offer an immersive experience, in tune with the new scenarios emerging in experiential tourism. Seas, lakes, rivers, marinas, and natural contexts become places to be experienced at a slower pace, authentically and deeply connected to nature and the landscape.

Materials and navigation
Measuring 12 meters in length, the houseboat is constructed with a structure and shell entirely made of aluminum, protected by a special treatment designed to ensure durability over time.
Its propulsion system consists of a 40-horsepower internal combustion engine and two electric motors, designed for navigation at moderate speeds and maximum maneuverability.
Velysum Venezia, a floating suite
A true floating suite where the interiors consist of a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed measuring 2×2 meters, a living area, dining table, wardrobe, and a kitchen to offer a complete, intimate, and luxurious living experience.
A distinctive element of the project is the light well located above the bed, corresponding to the flybridge, which allows for sky observation even at night, enhancing the dialogue between architecture, natural light, and landscape. The large sliding glass wall in a “C” shape, designed to expand the perception of space, creates a fluid continuity with the outdoor area equipped for relaxation.

Luxury details and interior design
Particular attention has been given to the bathroom, designed with dimensions, materials, and finishes rarely found in this category of vessels and closer to the language of large yachts and high hospitality suites. The space features a large shower with a light well, marble finishes, and luxury-level details. Furnishings and coverings express a precise design vision: to transfer a high living standard onto the water through an approach that blends luxury hospitality, interior yacht design, and a culture of detail. The interiors combine precious woods, marble, metal, glass, and high-end finishes, aiming to create a warm, essential, and timeless atmosphere.
Velysum Venezia introduces a new concept of tourism and houseboats, winking at luxury hospitality, resorts, marinas, and destinations oriented towards this type of tourism.

Top Marques Monaco 2026 has raised the bar even higher by transforming the Grimaldi Forum into a stage where the boundary between extreme engineering and artwork completely disappears.

Under the high patronage of H.S.H. Prince Albert II, the 21st edition has confirmed Monaco as the world capital of exclusivity, recording a record influx of collectors and international investors who were able to attend this exciting TOP MARQUES MONACO 2026.
One of the innovations that brought further interest to this event was the inauguration of the “Luxury Tuners Hall“, a 1,500 sqm area dedicated to customization and accessories, a strategic move to respond to a market of “bespoke” cars that is experiencing exponential growth among major collectors.

Every record was broken with as many as 16 debuts among previews, world premieres, and exclusives, a true paradise for supercar enthusiasts and the automotive world in general. TOP MARQUES MONACO confirms itself as one of the most exclusive events in the world also thanks to the prestigious location of Monaco.

There was certainly no shortage of cars that are true legends, such as a 1959 Ferrari 250 GT LWB California Spyder born for the American dream and designed for wealthy enthusiasts of the West Coast. With a 3.0-liter V12 engine, designed by Gioacchino Colombo, it was capable of delivering about 240 HP, a monstrous power for the time, allowing the car to exceed 230 km/h with a sound that has become Ferrari’s trademark.
Giamaro Krafla, the Italian hypercar that, as stated by the manufacturer, is “THE SHAPE OF SPEED” with a 7.0-liter V12 Quad-Turbo engine designed to achieve truly impressive speeds with a three-key system that regulates the power delivered according to needs.
Among the classic cars, there were the great Ladies of the time with their timeless charm, such as the Bugatti Type 41, better known as Bugatti Royale, a model with Coupé Napoléon bodywork, personally owned by Ettore Bugatti.

The 2026 edition was a true explosion of elegance, technology, research, and beauty that is rarely seen combined in a single event. There is still much to say about this edition and all the cars present, but it would be truly impossible to list them all. If you want to experience this event, you will have to wait for the 2027 edition and share with us the excitement of this magnificent Monegasque appointment.
The concept of “Quiet Luxury” in the yachting market can be found in the Greenline 45 Coupe. While in the fashion world it translates to fine fabrics without visible logos, in the world of yachting it translates to absence of noise and vibrations.
Greenline 45 Coupe, a hybrid yacht designed to revolutionize your sailing experience thanks to cutting-edge technology and unparalleled comfort, allowing for an experience of absolute relaxation.

Greenline 45 Coupe hybrid, the true “quiet luxury”
In a traditional yacht, to have air conditioning or a coffee machine at anchor, you need to turn on the generator. Greenline’s “Quiet Luxury” eliminates this hassle:
- Solar Power: Thanks to the solar panels on the Coupe’s roof, you have a constant flow of energy.
- Zero Emissions on board: No exhaust smell coming back into the cockpit and no noise while you enjoy lunch. The air quality and the absence of the annoying generator become part of the comfort.
The Greenline 45 Coupe “whispers” efficiency. It is the choice of those who do not need to show off but prefer to enjoy the purity of the sea. Soft and modern lines give the hull a balance of style.

The Greenline 45 eliminates visual and physical barriers.
- Continuity Indoor-Outdoor: The kitchen is positioned at the stern, serving as a bridge between the salon and the cockpit. When the window and door are open, the space becomes one large loft on the sea.
- Without Steps: The main deck is completely flat. This is not only practical but creates a sense of calm and spatial fluidity typical of minimalist design residences.

The Greenline 45 Coupe embodies true modern luxury because it completely moves away from the current yachting landscape to embrace the aesthetics of a contemporary villa. It is an environment where function dictates form and where the true privilege is feeling “at home” wherever you are.

Alpha 45, the new model from the Athenian shipyard, pushes the boundaries of sports boating towards new paradigms of speed and comfort, merging the world of luxury day-boats with pure competition.

Thanks to the engine with four outboards of 500 HP, the Alpha 45 is capable of literally “flying” over the water at over 85 Kn; this is also possible thanks to its Dynastream Deep-V hull with ventilated steps that ensures extreme stability and maneuverability even at high speeds. Its “wave-piercing” bow allows for a very smooth and soft passage over the waves, always ensuring navigation in extreme safety.

The design that characterizes Technohull models is certainly its evolved aerodynamics, with a windshield and hard-top that have a more pronounced inclination to reduce air impact and friction. The deflectors placed on the sides divert the airflow to maintain greater protection in the cockpit area, while the pilot’s station is centrally located with 360° visibility.

Even though the Alpha 45 is born with a true sporty soul, the comfort on board is truly impressive; both on deck and below deck, the spaces and layout have been designed and crafted to maximize the onboard experience to the highest levels. With this model, the shipyard wants to demonstrate once again that it is not always necessary to choose between adrenaline and relaxation, between comfort and performance.

While for many speed stops at 50 knots, for Technohull the fun begins right at that moment; its models with aerodynamic profiles, black or dark gray tubes, breathtaking performance, and sophisticated design are just some of the features that have made the Greek shipyard a benchmark in the world of high-end RIBs. Alpha 45 is a supercar of the sea and as such is capable of providing emotions that in many cases remain unmatched.

“The Alpha 45 represents an important innovation in our luxury performance range, drawing on the best of Technohull’s DNA and introducing new design elements,” enthusiastically states Gerasimos Petratos, CEO of Technohull. “The onboard space is exceptional and each unit will be finished according to our rigorous standards, but it is in the passage over the water that this vessel truly shines. The Alpha 45 demands to be steered — and will reward owners with an unprecedented boating experience.“
When it comes to day-boats, it is always complicated to choose between livability and performance, but apparently the French shipyard has once again managed to find the magic formula to blend these two elements and transform them into a vessel, the Flyer 8 SUNdeck.

Thanks to the Air Step®2 hull and an efficient use of internal spaces, this eight-meter boat is a benchmark for those looking for a sporty hull without sacrificing the comfort of a real cabin.
The hull of the Beneteau Flyer 8 (both in SUNdeck and SPACEdeck versions) is the true “technological heart” of the boat. Based on the exclusive Air Step® 2 patent, it is a technology that has revolutionized the behavior of Beneteau motorboats in the water. Thanks to this air cushion that is forcibly channeled under the hull, the Flyer 8 SUNdeck gets on plane faster and, above all, reduces impacts on waves, making navigation much more comfortable.
The advantages are also felt during turns, where the boat has a very stable attitude and maintains an impressively smooth navigation.

The exteriors
Unlike its sibling (the Flyer8 SPACEdeck), the Beneteau Flyer8 SUNdeck offers a truly spacious bow sunbathing area (perhaps one of the largest in its category), measuring 1.90 m in length x 1.5 m in width. The double cushions of the sunbathing area feature an adjustable backrest that transforms them into real chaise lounges, very comfortable both while cruising and at anchor for relaxation.
Moreover, the sunbathing area is recessed and features two handles that allow for a good grip if one decides to stay at the bow even when the sea is not completely calm. The left walkway is wider and allows easy access to the bow area.

The helm station and the T-top
The pilot and co-pilot seats are very enveloping and can rotate to integrate with the stern table, effectively becoming seats for dining. The rigid T-Top in black or white steel (very sporty) shades the stern area and allows for the installation of LED lights and rod holders.
The interiors
Truly exceptional volume for this eight-meter boat by Beneteau, a V-shaped dinette that occupies the entire bow, which can be used as a dining area during the day if the weather does not allow for outdoor dining, while at night it can transform into a surprisingly spacious bed, measuring 1.95 m in length x 1.60 m in width.
On the starboard side, there is a separate bathroom with a toilet and a sink, while on the left side, there is a space dedicated to the refrigerator where a microwave oven is located. The cabin is quite high at the entrance but reduces to 1.30 m in the sleeping area. Thanks to the two large hull windows and the central walkway, the brightness below deck is abundant; moreover, due to the choice of light materials, the environment is very pleasant and does not have a cave-like effect despite being on an eight-meter boat.
Beneteau Flyer 8 SUNdeck vs SPACEdeck: Which to choose?
| Feature | SUNdeck | SPACEdeck |
|---|---|---|
| Main use | Weekend for two, relaxation, sunbathing. | Fishing, water sports, large groups. |
| Cabin | Real cabin with 2 berths and bathroom. | Technical/storage area with toilet. |
| Bow | Large fixed sunbathing area “like a castle”. | Open, walkable, and modular. |
| Circulation | Asymmetrical passage (left side). | Free passage on both sides. |
Outremer, “The beginning of a dream: building catamarans for the great journey” this is how we can summarize the DNA of the shipyard that has always inspired dreams because it represents the freedom to sail miles and travel in total safety.

It is June ’84 when Gèrard Danson, then a young architect, along with Daniel Cailloux, embark on the construction of their first 40-foot catamaran intended for offshore cruising. Even before finishing the first, the construction of a second hull begins, thus giving birth to the symbol of an iconic shipyard “Outremer Catamaran“.
Presented for the first time at theINTERNATIONAL MULTIHULL SHOW in La Grande Motte, this new model promises to replicate the great successes of the shipyard, which boasts the incredible record of 10 million miles sailed by the Outremer fleet.

A boat designed to set sail
Outremer 48 is designed for long voyages, far away and especially with a reduced crew.
“The issue was not to launch a new
model. The issue was to stay true to what
makes an Outremer. A boat that is really
used.“Rodolphe Cadoret – Marketing Director
Performance is not the goal but a means to ensure maximum safety at sea, reduce crossing times, and have more weather windows thanks to the ability to travel fast in total comfort. One of the greatest advantages is being able to make long passages even with a reduced crew thanks to a protected cockpit, ergonomic maneuvers, and exceptional visibility that allows anticipating potential problems and managing them before they become troubles.

Outremer 48 is also an evolution in the way of living on the boat, larger windows, organization of spaces, large lockers, not a space to show but a space to live the sea. Also regarding the onboard instrumentation, the shipyard has adopted reliable, understandable, and above all, repairable solutions. The goal is to reduce technological dependence by favoring reliable and repairable solutions.
