GX Superyachts is an ambitious project that combines contemporary design with long-range cruising capability and a responsible approach to yacht building. Developed by the team behind the Greenline Yachts group for the past 15 years, the GX42 brings together technology and a strong focus on propulsion efficiency and sustainability. The yacht features an advanced parallel hybrid diesel-electric propulsion system, an integrated photovoltaic system, and a high-capacity lithium battery pack, helping to reduce emissions while delivering a quieter, more comfortable onboard experience

Today is an exciting milestone for everyone involved with GX Superyachts- said shipyard owner Vladimir Zinchenko – Just two years ago, we unveiled a new and bold vision for the future of superyachts in Monaco. Seeing the first GX42 enter the water is a proof that this vision has become a reality. We look forward to presenting it to the world at the Monaco Yacht Show, right where it all began.

The GX42 demonstrates that responsible yachting and uncompromising luxury can go hand in hand – said Maurizio Magri, CCO of GX Superyachts – With the ability to operate in zero-emission mode for up to 48 hours at anchor and reduce onboard electrical consumption by up to 45%, it offers a quieter, cleaner, and more comfortable way to experience the sea. By reducing reliance on generators, the GX42 lowers operational emissions and fuel consumption while enhancing onboard comfort, allowing owners to enjoy the sea with greater respect for the environment. Ultimately, it’s about something beyond technology: it’s about well-being. The GX42 is designed around how people want to feel onboard: with greater tranquility, enhanced comfort, and a deeper connection to the sea. A more serene, healthy, and balanced onboard experience is at the heart of this new approach to responsible luxury

It is incredibly satisfying to see the GX42 exactly as we envisioned it from the first sketches,” said Marco Casali, founder of Too Design. “Our ambition was to create a yacht that feels timeless rather than trendy, where sustainability and elegance naturally complement each other. Seeing it leave the shipyard for the first time is a special moment for the entire design team.

Following its launch, the GX42 will undergo sea trials before heading to Monaco for its official public debut. Visitors to the Monaco Yacht Show will be the first to discover the yacht that is ushering a new generation of responsible superyachts. The GX42 represents the first model in a range spanning from 24 to 56 meters. Combining advanced hybrid technology, smart energy management, refined Italian design, and real long-range cruising capability, GX Superyachts continues its course to become a new benchmark for sustainable luxury at sea..
