Fiart SX 5, The Crossover that redefines the concept of compact Superyacht

Fiart SX 5, the new “Crossover” from the Neapolitan shipyard, is not just a larger boat, but a different concept of navigation, a nautical paradigm shift designed by Stefano Pastrovich. Following the success of the Line P (also designed by Stefano Pastrovich), the new Fiart SX5 represents the high-end segment, inspired by superyachts but with manageable dimensions.

After European successes, Fiart has presented a global expansion strategy, making a strong entry into the U.S. market (thanks to partnerships with major dealers in Miami and Fort Lauderdale). This has led the shipyard to adapt models to meet the tastes of the American market (more shade, specific engines, and enhanced air conditioning systems), as seen with the FIART 43 PANORAMA.

The true innovation of the FIART SX 5 is the management of volumes. Thanks to the vertical bow and protected side walkways, the internal space is comparable to a much larger vessel.

The central salon: Unlike traditional open boats where the salon is often sacrificed, here we find a full-beam living area. In the 2-cabin configuration, the living area becomes a loft at sea with a visible kitchen worthy of a luxury apartment.

“Master-Style” cabins: The guest cabin also offers generous heights (about 2 meters), eliminating the claustrophobic feeling sometimes experienced on boats of this size, typical of many sport hulls.

Crew privacy: There is a separate access for the crew/storage area, essential for maintaining privacy during long cruises.

The aft platform is a true extension of the cockpit, capable of hosting a large tender or being equipped with freestanding furniture. Designed as a living area, the shipyard aimed to keep its level low relative to the sea, creating an “infinity pool” effect when at anchor.

The hull of the SX 5 has been specifically designed by FIART for Volvo Penta IPS systems. This brings enormous advantages. Fuel consumption is reduced by about 25% – 30% compared to traditional shaft lines, with exceptional maneuverability thanks to the joystick even in crosswind conditions.
