Greenline Yachts unveils the new Greenline 50
Greenline Yachts has nearly completed the construction process of the new model Greenline 50, with the launch expected at the end of summer in Portorož, Slovenia. The new model will replace the current Greenline 48, which has been one of the yard’s best-selling models for over a decade. Although the new vessel targets a similar market segment, it will be larger, sleeker, and will include a range of new features.

“I am very proud to be so close to the launch of the new Greenline 50“, said Vladimir Zinchenko, owner of Greenline Yachts. “It has always been part of our philosophy to build timeless boats on a robust and proven technical platform, so that each model has a long life cycle. The launch of a new model is therefore a rare event for Greenline Yachts, and an occasion filled with mixed emotions as we say goodbye to an old friend. However, we have done a fantastic job with the Greenline 50, and I am sure it will still represent a fundamental part of our range in a decade“.

Greenline 50, an eco-friendly heart and a great cruiser soul
Every new model learns from previous models, and this new arrival at Greenline is the natural evolution of the DNA of the Slovenian yard. Its high and secure sides, the dynamically streamlined superstructure towards the stern, the bright spaces, and the flexible hybrid engines represent the unmistakable style of Greenline Yachts. Additionally, like the Greenline 48, the new boat offers three versatile cabins that can be configured with single or double beds, and up to three bathrooms.

The first hull is under construction in the familiar “fly” version, with a generous flybridge. Along with the battery pack and solar panels, the onboard services of the vessel (hotel operations) can operate in silent electric mode for long periods, depending on environmental conditions. The system can be perfectly combined with the Greenline 6G hybrid propulsion or with efficient diesel engines.

“The new models from Greenline are proving to be a real success”, stated Alessandro Lorenzon, Global Business Director and Chief Experience Officer of Greenline Yachts. “They have introduced a new awareness of how onboard spaces add value to the sailing experience and have pushed us to make even greater efforts in terms of interior finishes. It was time for our mid-range vessel to receive this treatment, and that’s how the Greenline 50 was born“.

Some might say “the choice is yours!”, the new Greenline fully represents the yard’s philosophy that has been designing and building innovative and increasingly efficient boats for years thanks to technological progress.
