BENETEAU unveils the new FLYER 30
Beneteau launches the new FLYER 30 which inaugurates a new generation of its famous dayboat line, a model that is not just an evolution, but a true redefinition of how to navigate and enjoy days at sea. With an elegant design and intelligent solutions, it combines top-level coastal performance and consolidates the leadership of a range appreciated globally for versatility, style, and ease of use.
Living the sea with the FLYER 30
The Flyer 30 breaks the mold of traditional boating thanks to a welcoming and safe design, a roof supported by a single central support, and carefully proportioned volumes that create a strong connection between the onboard space and the outside.
The beating heart of the FLYER 30 lies in its patented double-step hull SVVT (Stepped Vee Ventilated Tunnel) (*), designed to ensure high lift and hydrodynamic efficiency, exceptional stability, and perfect weight balance for always smooth and controlled navigation.
Powered by a dual outboard engine and supported by a generous fuel tank of 795 liters, the FLYER 30 offers power, responsiveness, and the ideal range for medium to long-distance cruising. The sense of total control at sea is enhanced by the height of the freeboard and an imposing full-height windshield, designed to protect the crew during more sustained speeds.
Layout and comfort of the FLYER 30
BENETEAU reinvents the perception of space on a 30-foot boat by focusing on an asymmetric deck and a single level, eliminating obstacles and visually connecting all living areas. A cozy forward lounge to enjoy navigation or moments of rest, a modular aft cockpit that transforms into a comfortable sunbathing area when needed thanks to flexible seating, and a central bar unit, the true focal point of social life on board. The 3-seat driving station allows sharing the experience of steering in total comfort. Next to the console, there is access to a comfortable below-deck space equipped with sanitary facilities, ideal for extending time at sea.
Beneteau, contemporary elegance and tailored details
Aesthetically, the FLYER 30 traces the new lines of the range where visual harmony is also reflected in the selection of materials thanks to delicate color tones and high-quality textures, with low contrast and top-notch upholstery designed to withstand the test of time and the challenges of the marine environment.

(*) The SVVT (acronym for Stepped Vee Ventilated Tunnel) is a high-performance hull patent developed by the renowned American naval architecture firm Michael Peters Yacht Design. The SVVT combines two key elements to optimize navigation:
V-shaped hull with steps (Stepped Vee): two steps under the hull draw in air at speed, creating a cushion that reduces friction with the water, improving fuel consumption and speed.
Ventilated central tunnel (Ventilated Tunnel): an aerated channel at the stern channels air and water flows, ensuring directional stability and eliminating sudden skids during tight turns.
Benefits:
- Immediate planing: the boat remains horizontal, always maintaining visibility at the helm.
- Smoother navigation: the air cushion absorbs the impact on the waves for superior comfort.
- More speed, less consumption: reduced friction optimizes performance and efficiency.
- Maximum stability in turns: eliminates the risk of loss of grip at the stern
