Navaltecnosud Boat Stand, thirteen years of innovations and expansion

Navaltecnosud Boat Stand continues its growth by always focusing on the customer and the needs that have evolved over these thirteen years, allowing the company to become a reference point in the design and production of certified equipment for shipyards, supports and cradles for the dry docking of boats.

It was born thanks to the initiative of entrepreneur Roberto Spadavecchia to respond to a need that emerged at the end of the 2000s, to replace the old traditional methods of cradling that were often makeshift blocks of wood or handcrafted supports with modern and certified equipment. The tightening of regulations in the field of workplace safety allowed Navaltecnosud Boat Stand to establish itself immediately in this context.

Starting as an Italian reality, the company has expanded its distribution globally by participating in major international boat shows such as Flibs in Fort Lauderdale, Mets in Amsterdam, the Cannes Yachting Festival, and lastly the International Boat Show in Genoa. Today, almost 50% of production is shipped to Europe, the United States, and Gulf countries, further establishing Navaltecnosud Boat Stand as a leader in this market.

Over the years, the product range has increased by introducing many innovations such as 360° spherical joints for the cradles or modular cradles capable of supporting weights up to 100T, (upon request can reach 200T) or the TAF which is a solution developed for small, medium, and large motorboats and mega yachts, usable as a lateral cradle for large motorboats and for the bracing of the bow and stern of sailing boats. It can be made with load capacities of 30, 50, and 100 tons.

Another product particularly suitable for motorboats and for prolonged interventions on the hull is the TAR2T, a cradle for the keel equipped with telescopes and adjustment screws and available in different heights. Useful for anti-osmosis work, during which it may be necessary to frequently reposition the supports. It can be made in constant load configurations of 40/40, 60/60, and 100/100 tons.

The CV is ideal for positioning on the stern supports of small, medium, and large motorboats. The cap with a sphere allows for 360° oscillation, enabling the support to adapt to the different inclinations of the hull. In the higher versions, it can also be used for the bracing of the bow and stern of sailing boats. It is available with load capacities of 30 and 50 tons.

Another innovative solution that Navaltecnosud Boat Stand has presented to the market is undoubtedly the modular cabin that protects the boats, made of robust galvanized metal carpentry, the structure is equipped with a high-resistance technical fabric cover that completely protects the boat from weather agents, ensuring safety, durability, and
maximum operational efficiency during all phases. Depending on the needs, the cabin can be configured in a fixed version or retractable pantograph on tracks or wheels, thanks to the integration of an innovative packaging system that allows for quick opening, closing, and freeing of the operational area.

Navaltecnosud Boat Stand will obviously be present at the next International Boat Show in Genoa, scheduled from October 1 to 6, 2026 at the Upper Pavilion B – Stand TL02
