Omikron Yachts returns to the Cannes Yachting Festival with the evolution of the OT-60

Omikron Yachts returns to the Cannes Yachting Festival 2026 with the evolution of the award-winning OT-60, the new model, further refined, has already redefined long-range cruising thanks to efficiency, comfort, and intelligent design. A motor yacht of 18.4 meters that has made quite a stir in the international nautical scene, described in some cases as a “sailboat without sails” or an eco-cruiser.

OT-60, a yacht that has continued to evolve through constant technical development and close collaboration with owners. Designed by Omikron Yachts together with naval architect Juan Kouyoumdjian and designer Lorenzo Argento, the OT-60 blends the philosophy of sailing with the practicality and livability of a motor yacht. At the heart of the project is the proprietary displacement hull, Eco-Cruise, developed to offer maximum efficiency at real cruising speeds, allowing owners to enjoy longer journeys with reduced fuel consumption and a lower environmental impact.

Clean and essential lines, flat surfaces, free from obstacles, allow for safe walking from stern to bow. The large windows provide light and truly magical views, a generous stern allows for easy movement between the two tables served by two L-shaped sofas, where 6 people can comfortably sit on each side.

Below deck, the OT-60 offers various configurations (with 3 or 4 cabins), all equipped with private bathrooms, for maximum comfort even during long stays on board. The expansion into key markets, thanks to a widespread network of dealers and continuous investments in product development, has allowed the yard to strengthen its position among owners seeking a more conscious and refined approach. The brand was launched in 2019, along with its first major project, the intense refit of the 107-meter gigayacht Dream, which involved extending the hull by 15 meters. Today, the yard builds 12 units per year of its first series model, the OT-60, and is working on the Argo 54, a concept for a sustainable super-sailing yacht.

With the projects of the OT-80 and Argo 54, currently in development, the brand enhances its ability to create yachts designed not only to reach destinations but to enrich every mile of the journey.
